How many days in advance do i need to reserve for a tour?
Please book the tour at least 2 working days in advance of the requested date. This usually gives you enough time to prepare for the tour, and gives the guide enough time to customize any details of the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a cancellation policy of 48 hours. It is not possible to modify or cancel the booking within 48h before the departure of the tour. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the time established; similarly, no reimbursement will be granted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the excursion.
In what language(s) are the tours spoken?
All tours are offered in English, unless otherwise stated.
Which activities are suitable for children?
Unless otherwise stated, most of our tours provide the services to fit your children in. Every limit of age is indicated in the details of each tour.
Can we buy wine at the wineries we visit? Do the wineries accept credit cards?
Yes, most of the wineries accept credits and of course you can purchase wine.
What is a self-guided tour?
During the self tour there is no guide, but you will have a map and you can contact us whenever you want for assistance. A self-guided tour may include an organized experience (cooking class, picnic, etc).
How many people are there on tour?

The tour could reach different size, it depends on the experience that you booked. Please check the details of the tour. There are three types of tour:

  • Private Tour: follow a specific itinerary with your own group led by an expert guide
  • Shared Tour: enjoy the experience with the guide and other travelers
  • Self-guide Tour: follow a route with information and services arranged by Verona In Tour

Can I join activities in other days/time?

Yes, you can contact us to request a different time availability.

What is your rain policy?
Not all the tours have a rain policy. Generally all the bike tours and outdoor tours will be cancelled. Do not worry because you will be contacted at least 5 hours beforehand.
Are there seniors or children discounts?
Unless otherwise stated, excursions are free for children under the age of six; for children aged between six to twelve there is a reduction. Show a document proving children’s age, upon request.
If I have food allergy or some requests, is there a special menu?
Yes, upon request we adapt our menu for paticular diets.
How can I reach the meeting point, if I dont have a car?
Most of our tours start from Villafranca di Verona. However, you can request to schedule a pick-up and drop-off transfer from your location in Verona, Mantua and Lake Garda.
How to get to Villafranca di Verona?
Verona In Tour is based in Villafranca di Verona, just 20 minutes by car from Verona city center.
The train station of Villafranca in Verona is a 5-minute walk from Verona In Tour and is connected by regular service from the trains departing from Verona Porta Nuova and Mantua.

Villafranca is easily accessible by the ATV bus from the center of Verona.
