Details & Itinerary
Leave the tourist crowds behind and immerse yourself in the green countryside of southern lake Garda shore. The tour begins from Peschiera del Garda where the tour guide will meet you and find the perfect eletric bike for you and your group. This is a easy and fun ride, suitable for everyone who loves riding along beautiful vineyards, enjoys relaxing and admire the nature. Visit the tower that was built in 1878 on the hill of San Martino, to commemorate the events of the Italian Risorgimento. Its designers were the architect Frizzoni, from Bergamo, and the engineers Luigi Fattori, from Solferino, Monterumici, from Treviso and Cavalieri, from Bologna. The top of the 74 m high tower can be reached by following a long spiral ramp. In the entrance there is a bronze statue of Victor Emanuel II by the sculptor Dal Zotto. The walls were painted by the artist Vittorio Bressanin from Venice. A lighthouse located on the tower continuously emits a light that illuminates and warms the sky with the colors of the Italian flag. In addition to the Tower you can visit the Risorgimento Museum and the ossuary that contains the remains of those killed in the bloody battle. Slowly make your way back to Peschiera del Garda where you can drop off the e-bikes.
