Details & Itinerary
We meet with the chef at Villafranca, in front of the Scaliger Castle. The experience begins with a walk among the market stalls. After carefully choosing the ingredients to be used for the preparation of the dishes, the cooking lesson takes place just a few steps from the market. We will welcome you in a typical Venetian cuisine with a beautiful garden and overlooking the Castle. You will learn how to make pasta from scratch and prepare local products such as tortellini, spinach or pumpkin tortelli and the famous Tiramisu, one of the most famous Italian dessert. With eggs and flour we will teach you the secret techniques for making an excellent pasta.
An authentic Veronese experience to be enjoyed in company and after having fun creating the dishes, we will taste them in combination with the renowned Veronese wines.
