Day 1 - Cooking Class
With eggs and flour you will learn the secret techniques to make an excellent pasta as grandmothers once did. You will knead the dough by hand, creating the famous Tortellini “Nodo d’amore” and other local products such as pappardelle or tortelli with spinach or pumpkin filling. You will prepare the famous Tiramisu, the Italian’s favorite dessert!
An authentic Veronese experience. To be enjoyed in company, tasting the typical dishes paired with local wines.
Overnight.
Day 2 - Bardolino
Starting from Lake Garda, you will move inland through secondary roads. You will ride on the cycle path along a water channel of the Adige river, between water and nature you will arrive to Rivoli. Packed lunch.
You will continue in the direction of the Rocca del Garda. Admiring the view, you will reach the lakefront, where you will pleasantly cycle, falling in love with the picturesque villages that surround it.
As a final stop, you will visit a winery to taste the famous Bardolino DOC and not only.
Return, free dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Terre del Custoza
Biking between fields and small villages, the itinerary includes a visit to a family-run winery where you will feel the passion for the culture and traditions of the place. You will taste niche wines that enhance the peculiarity of native vines, such as Garganega, Trebbianello and Bianca Fernanda.
Return by bike and free afternoon. Overnight.
Day 4 - Free Day
Back home.
