Together with a guide, you will ride your bike through asphalted and dirt roads starting from Borghetto, a small medieval village located on the bank of the Mincio river. You will leave the city behind, immersing yourself in the flavors of the Morainic Hills, a unique territory surrounded by green sceneries and natural landscapes. You will pass through characteristic villages such as Custoza, known for its “Custoza Doc” wine and the scene of the wars of Independence of 1848 and 1866.
You will reach the Custoza Ossuary located on the Belvedere hill, a monument that houses the remains of the fallen of the two battles. Immersed in the silence and peace of this place you will perceive its value and spiritual strength.

Return to Borghetto and tasting of the famous “Nodo d’Amore” tortellini: a product rich in history and traditions, accompanied by a good glass of wine.

On foot you can reach the medieval village and let yourself be involved by the magical atmosphere.

Starting on foot, through a short path immersed in the mystical atmosphere of the place, you will walk with a guide across some of the stations of the Via Crucis that will lead you to the main steps of the Sanctuary.

You will visit this place of meditation and peace, suspended between heaven and earth, hidden in the heart of the rocks of Monte Baldo and overlooking the Adige valley. Its ingenious architecture offers a spectacular panorama that makes it one of the most instagrammable places in Veneto.

After the visit, you will find refreshment and hospitality at a farm with a beautiful view of Lake Garda: you will have lunch with typical products of Monte Baldo, accompanied by a good glass of wine. It will be possible to buy homemade products and to crown the day you can relax in the beautiful garden or take a stroll in the surrounding countryside.

Breakfast at the hotel. A day dedicated to an exclusive canoe experience, traveling through one of the largest natural river parks in Europe: the Mincio Park, the only emissary of Lake Garda.

In this Natural Reserve you will do “Birdwatching” and sail silently by rowing accompanied by an expert guide. You will cross a labyrinth of canals with colored waters by water lilies, water clouds, swamp hibiscus and water chestnuts. And here they will appear some of the 300 species of birds that populate the reserve: herons, grebes, bitterns, kingfishers and other rare protected species.

In a unique setting, the Sanctuary of Maria delle Grazie will open to your eyes, lying on a hill along the Mincio, where the river begins to widen to form the three lakes that surround Mantua.

Together with a guide, you will visit this place of peace and silence and admire its 53 unique multi-material statues.

You will return slowly by canoe to the port and relaxed in a meadow along the river you can enjoy a nice pic-nic tasting typical products of the area, both sweet and savory.
