Overview

We will welcome you to our agency in the center of Villafranca di Verona, where you will meet the chef. The experience will begin with a stroll through the market stalls. After carefully selecting fresh ingredients to use in the preparation of the dishes, the cooking class will take place at our agency, just a short walk from the market.

Using eggs and flour, you will learn the secret techniques for making excellent pasta, just as grandmothers used to do. You will work the dough by hand, making one long pasta shape and one stuffed with seasonal vegetables from the market. You will make the famous Tiramisù, Italians’ favorite dessert!

An authentic Veronese experience to enjoy together: after having fun creating the dishes, you will taste them paired with renowned wines from Verona.
